What this page is for
Holding the selections you picked up elsewhere on the site and showing what
they come to together.
The thing to understand about combining
Probabilities multiply. Four selections the model likes at 70% each come to
just under a quarter combined — not because any one of them is weak, but because
all four have to land. The combined price grows quickly and the chance of
collecting falls just as quickly, and the second half of that sentence is the half
people forget.
The multiplication also assumes the selections are independent, and selections
from the same match never are.
Things to watch
The slip is held in your browser, not in the database. Clearing site data
empties it.
