The short version
Everything on betaider is information, offered as-is, to help you think. It is not advice, it is not a promise, and it does not bet for you. Predictions are produced by a model from previous events and current form. You must be 18 or over, or the legal age where you live if that is higher. Any bet you place is yours.
1. These terms
These terms are the agreement between you and betaider for your use of this website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. They are read together with the disclaimer, the privacy policy, the cookie policy and the affiliate disclosure, each of which forms part of this agreement.
2. Who may use the site
- You must be at least 18 years old, or older where the law where you live requires it.
- The betting tools are for people for whom betting is lawful where they are. Whether that is true of you is yours to check; the site cannot check it and does not try.
- The site is available worldwide but is not aimed at any jurisdiction where its content would be unlawful. Using it from such a place is at your own risk and against these terms.
- You must not use the site if you are excluded from betting, whether by self-exclusion, by a regulator or by a bookmaker.
3. What the site provides
Statistical predictions, fixtures, results, statistics, league and team pages, and tools for reading, checking and converting bookmaker booking codes. All of it is generated automatically from the data described on the data sources page, by the models described on the methodology page, and it may contain errors, gaps or delays.
4. Predictions are estimates, not advice
Every prediction is a statistical estimate produced by a computer model from data on previous events and current form. A probability is a frequency across many similar fixtures, not a statement about one match: something the model calls 80% still goes the other way one time in five.
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, betting or professional advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to place a bet. No representation is made that any prediction will be correct, that any bet will win, or that any figure is complete or current. The track record and calibration pages exist precisely so you can judge the model's accuracy for yourself rather than take a claim on trust; past accuracy does not guarantee future results.
5. The site is not a bookmaker
betaider does not accept, place, broker, settle or hold bets, stakes or money of any kind. It operates no gambling service, holds no gambling licence and needs none, because no gambling transaction takes place here. It has no relationship with, and no access to, any bookmaker account of yours.
6. Your decisions and your responsibility
Any bet you place, with any bookmaker, is your decision and your responsibility, made under the laws that apply to you and with money that is yours to risk. Betting carries a risk of financial loss and can be addictive. Please read responsible betting, which lists free confidential help.
7. Booking-code tools
Codes you paste are read from the bookmaker's own public endpoint and rewritten as selections. A converted or corrected slip is a description of selections, nothing more. You must check it against what the bookmaker shows you before placing anything, and the price the bookmaker offers at the moment you stake is the only price that counts. You may submit only codes that are yours to submit, and you must not use these tools to breach a bookmaker's own terms.
8. Acceptable use
You may read, link to, and use the site normally. You must not:
- Scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site beyond what robots.txt permits, or place automated load on it that a normal reader would not.
- Attempt to gain access to the admin area, any account, or any part of the systems behind the site.
- Probe, scan, disrupt or interfere with the site's operation or security.
- Submit code, malware or content designed to damage the site or another user.
- Republish the site's predictions or record as your own, or present them as guaranteed, certain or "fixed" — which they are not, and which the site would never say.
- Use the site for anything unlawful where you are.
Access may be limited or withdrawn where this clause is broken.
9. Availability and changes
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. It may be unavailable, and its pages, models, tools and data may change or be withdrawn, at any time and without notice. Nothing here is a commitment to keep any page, figure, market, league or feature in existence.
10. Third-party sites and links
Links to bookmakers, data sources, broadcasters and other sites take you off this one. What happens there is governed by that site's own terms and privacy policy, not by these terms, and betaider is not responsible for their content, availability, offers or conduct. Some bookmaker links are affiliate links — see the affiliate disclosure.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, betaider and the people who run the site are not liable for any loss or damage — including betting losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss — arising from use of the site, from reliance on anything published on it, or from its unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
12. Content, trademarks and your submissions
Team names, competition names, club crests and bookmaker names are the property of their owners and are used here to identify them; no affiliation or endorsement is claimed. The site's own text, models, code and published record are its own, and may not be copied wholesale or republished as another site's work. You may link to any page. Where you submit something — a booking code, a correction, a message — you grant the site the permission it needs to process and act on it, and you keep whatever rights you had in it.
13. Privacy
What the site stores, why and for how long is set out in the privacy policy, and what it keeps on your device in the cookie policy. Both form part of this agreement.
14. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The version published on this page is the one in force, and the date at the top is when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
15. If a clause fails
If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These terms are the whole agreement between you and the operator about your use of the site.
16. Governing law and who we are
Operator details are not configured on this installation. The site owner sets SITE_OPERATOR, SITE_ADDRESS and SITE_JURISDICTION in the server environment, and they appear here. Until then this document names no company, because inventing one would be worse than a blank.
